Unattended Delivery & Weather Policy
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, Lavish Flower Shop may leave the arrangement in a safe location when possible.Once an arrangement has been delivered and left unattended, Lavish Flower Shop is not responsible for damage caused by weather or exposure to outdoor conditions.
Flowers may be affected by:

Direct sunlight
Rain or excessive moisture
Snow or ice
Strong winds
Extended time left outdoors
Customers and recipients are responsible for bringing the arrangement indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
Weather-related damage that occurs after an unattended delivery does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
